Overview

RealAgent (Chinese brand 实在智能, based in Hangzhou) started as an RPA (robotic process automation) vendor and, in the LLM era, shipped the TARS series and its RealAgent digital-employee line, combining classic RPA's interface-driving capability with LLM understanding and planning — enterprise agents that actually operate business systems. Its strength is vertical delivery experience in e-commerce, government, and finance: hooking into ERP, customer-service ticketing, and reporting systems fits real workflows better than generic agents. It fits enterprises with existing systems to integrate and clear ROI requirements; compared with light office products like WorkBuddy, it is delivery- and implementation-heavy.
